1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and registered mobile number/email.

Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

Suspected fraudulent transaction

Delivery location not serviceable
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any paid amount will be refunded.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

For COD orders, no refund is applicable unless a pre-paid amount was collected.

Please review the following carefully before raising a claim:
1.1 At the Time of Delivery
- If the outer packaging shows visible damage,
Reject the shipment immediately and mention:
“Damaged Product” on POD (Proof of Delivery). - Always record a clear, continuous unboxing video before opening the package.
1.2 After Receiving the Product
- In case of short supply, wrong product delivered, internal damage, or missing items, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Issues reported after the 48-hour window will be handled under warranty support only.
No refund or return will apply beyond 48 hours.
