1. OVERVIEW

T2 Power Solutions provides electrical, safety and building-technology products and related services (supply, installation, commissioning and project support). These Terms apply to all users of the website (www.t2powersolutions.com) including customers, vendors, contractors, visitors and any other users.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Site or ordering products or services from us you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or you have parental/guardian consent to use the Site;
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations; and
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our Site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. ONLINE STORE TERMS & ORDERS

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by T2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraud, or limit restrictions).
  • When you place an order you will receive an order acknowledgement. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or provide written acceptance.
  • Prices, availability, promotions and specifications are subject to change without notice. Errors (typographical or otherwise) on the Site may be corrected at our discretion.
  • For project-based or bulk orders, written quotations and purchase orders will govern scope, price and delivery timelines. Any change requests must be agreed in writing.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and do not include taxes, duties, shipping or installation charges unless specified.
  • Payment terms (advance, progress, or final) are as specified in the quotation or invoice. Payment methods accepted will be shown during checkout or in the quotation.
  • For failed payments or chargebacks, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders. Refunds (if any) will follow our Refund & Return Policy and will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delivery dates may vary due to logistics, customs, availability or force majeure events. Refer our Shipping Policy.
  • Title and risk in products pass to you in accordance with the applicable Incoterms or as expressly set out in your sales agreement or invoice. For online sales, unless otherwise stated, risk passes on delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • You must inspect goods on delivery. For visible damage, please refuse delivery and mark the POD as “Damaged Product”. Report short or missing items within the timeframes in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and the manufacturer’s warranty terms where applicable.
  • Products that are custom-made, cut-to-size or specially ordered may be non-returnable. Defects and warranty claims will be handled per the warranty provisions in the product documentation or our warranty process.

7. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

  • You may create an account to access services. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account access unless caused by our gross negligence.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You must not use the Site or Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation or third-party right;
  • Upload or transmit malware or malicious code;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
  • Harass, defame, threaten, or otherwise infringe the rights of others;
  • Scrape, crawl, index, copy or use data from the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • THE SITE, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.
  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T2 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  • Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless T2 and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligent or wilful acts, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. USER CONTENT, FEEDBACK & LICENSE

  • If you submit content (reviews, project details, images, suggestions), you grant T2 a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display such content for any purpose.
  • You represent that you own or have necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

15. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your use of the Site and provision of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site you consent to the collection, transfer, processing and storage of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

T2 will not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, strikes, supply shortages, pandemics, transport failures, and other unforeseeable events. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of delays and to resume performance.

17. TERMINATION

  • We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations that accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations and indemnities.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The parties will replace any invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely reflects the parties’ original intent.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and T2 regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.

20. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

(If you prefer mediation or arbitration clauses instead of court litigation, we can add an alternative dispute resolution clause on request.)

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised “Effective Date”. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
